Hey Brutus Rebrand

Creative Director

When I joined the team at Hey Brutus, we were in the midst of very exciting projects with high-profile clients, and our goal was to continue growing the company and growing our brand. I knew that my first project needed to focus on clearly defining who Hey Brutus is, what we do, and how we stand apart from other production companies. Using the skills I’ve developed while working at agencies and in-house design teams, I worked with my Director to hone in on our overall vision and then led a team of web developers to build the website and mobile site that implemented a cohesive visual language across every channel from digital, social, apparel, and print.

 

As the website was being developed, I also began the designs of our first Hey Brutus apparel that included hats, t-shirts, and beanies. It was important to me that part of our visual identity included Hey Brutus’s namesake, so I included our company mascot Brutus in some t-shirt designs, as well as our online presence. I directed our photoshoots for our apparel and website, while my Director Simon Clark took control behind the camera. The result of our rebranding efforts is a company identity that is professional, friendly, and accomplished.
